Si las acciones de tu ejemplo,telefonica,estan en españa a 10 euros y en peru a mas de 11,las venderias en peru,no? Siento decirte que esto es asi,tus acciones son las que son.

Efectivamente, esta claro que las filiales NO estan en ch11,pero en mi opinion, no afecta al asunto q tratamos. Kodak,en mexico negocia con una serie de titulos que se negocian en ese mercado y que NO son intercambiab les con los titulos negociados en USA.
