bueno, y por ultimo revision a ACAD ... la compre por este semanal y el comportamiento RSI que tenia ...

Deerfield Management Company announced today it has committed to provide up to $240 million in debt and equity financing to Melinta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: MLNT) and up to $100 million in debt financing to The Medicines Company (NASDAQ: MDCO) in connection with Melinta's acquisition of the infectious disease business from The Medicines Company. The acquisition includes the purchase of global rights for Vabomere, Orbactiv and Minocin IV and the business unit supporting those products.
