Son RSU (restricted stock units), muy similar a las stock options pero con distinta fiscalidad. En concreto habla de RSU otorgadas en 2017 que el 3 de noviembre 2019 han vencido, así como las de los próximos años.  Restricted share units were granted on November 3, 2017, with 63,613 vesting on November 3, 2019, 180,000 vesting on each of November 1, 2020 and November 1, 2021 and 116,389 vesting on November 1, 2022. La definición de RSU por si os apetece leer un poco:A restricted stock unit (RSU) is compensation issued by an employer to an employee in the form of company stock. Restricted stock units are issued to an employee through a vesting plan and distribution schedule after achieving required performance milestones or upon remaining with their employer for a particular length of time. RSUs give an employee interest in company stock but they have no tangible value until vesting is complete. The restricted stock units are assigned a fair market value when they vest. Upon vesting, they are considered income, and a portion of the shares is withheld to pay income taxes. The employee receives the remaining shares and can sell them at his or her discretion.

Tu Ana sigue con tu idea y a mi no me hagas nada de caso, ni EXEL a 22-24 que dije ni REGN a 400 ni leches, que yo no tengo tiempo para trading y tengo que buscar rentabilidades a más largo plazo. Además, igual luego se me cruzan los cables, o veo algo raro, y las vendo a cualquier precio!REGN, EXEL, Etc.

Hace algún tiempo que se comenta que Amzn quiere abrir una sección de venta de fármacos sin receta y genericos o algo así, y la gente va loca porque compren Teva o sea la mayor distribuidora. EXELDentro 15,75. Si baja a 13,6 añadiré más. Los analistas dando por saco con si no son suficientes las ventas de Cabo, que si riesgo de esto y riesgo de lo otro, vamos, las historias de siempre con EXEL, no se que les pasa pero siempre están igual. Luego salen los ER y siempre baten expectativas...Lo bueno para el especulador es que permite una gran fluctuación en el medio plazo para sacar buena tajada de una empresa con crecimiento constante en sus beneficios  des de hace varios años. Normalmente veríamos una gráfica distinta...creo yo...Lo único que me preocupa es que puedan hacer alguna locura con los 1,2bill de cash, por ahora se ve una dirección seria.En fin, nos vemos en los 22-24 para el rally de navidad ;-)

Los 2-2,50% han durado un telediario, como si fuese una tasa altisima insostenible...la era de tipos bajos va para muy largo.

No me lo he leído todo pero entiendo que sí es la misma: The positive results of this new analysis were driven primarily by greater exposure to high dose aducanumab in the larger dataset as compared to data available at the time of the futility analysis. Lo de recuperar el mismo precio sabes que siempre cuesta un poco por aquello de no fiarse del todo si en una anterior ocasión no se consiguieron resultados positivos. Siempre quedan esas dudas (como mínimo inicialmente)BIIB
